Northwest Computer Accessories was founded in early 1989 with a goal of providing the Computer Cables and accessories to dealers and resellers. We have specialized in cables and hard to find parts for computers and recently have started carrying more hardware and building Custom systems. We are located in Clackamas OR.

Ordering Information
We offer a wide range of Computer Products to Dealers, Corporate, Government, Educational Institutions and End-Users.
Default pricing is for retail/end users. To become an NWCA reseller, and to be able to place orders with wholesale price you must be a reseller and submit company information.
How Do I Order?
A. Web Site/Online Use our online ordering system for up-to-date pricing and availability. All orders are confirmed with our email server. If there is any discrepancy with your order you will get an email of phone call.
B. FAX - For your convenience, you may fax in your orders 24 hours a day to 503-650-2809
C. Phone - You may call in your order at (800)447-5601, Local customers can call 503-656-3195. Please have your customer number and part numbers ready.
D. Email You may email Purchase orders to sales@nwca.com
C. Will Call You may stop by our will call and shop/browse our warehouse and make purchases at that time.

A.Credit Card We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express/Discover and Paypal. For Will Call orders you can pay with a Credit card or Cash when you arrive. Google checkout feature will be available later this year.
B.C.O.D. C.O.D. company check must be pre-approved. Please be prepared to provide your bank information and a copy of a voided check.
C.Net Terms/Open Accounts Net15 or Net30 will be given only to qualified customers upon authorization. Credit Information/Reference are required and may take up to 2 weeks to authorize.

Shipping
Standard Shipping– All "Standard Shipping" orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective. This means that packages under 13oz will ship "USPS 1st Class Mail" (2-10 business days) and that all heavier boxes will be rate-shopped between "USPS Priority Mail" (2-5 business days) and "UPS Ground" (1-7 business days). In general, this means that boxes less than 3lbs will go Priority Mail and that heavier boxes will ship UPS Ground. This, however, is not a hard rule, as UPS Extended Delivery Area fees can make USPS Priority Mail less expensive for packages upwards of 10 lbs. All packages destined for APO/FPO addresses, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands will ship via USPS, regardless of weight. APO/FPO orders can take up to 2 months to be delivered, please contact us if your order takes longer than that to arrive.
*Time-definite shipments (Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day, 1 Day, and Next Day Air Saturday) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
Damaged Shipments: We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.
When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material (if the original box and packing material are not available then we will not be able to file a claim and we will be unable to replace your damaged item). Please pack the damaged item back up as you received it and contact us immediately via email (shipping@nwca.com) or phone. Make sure that you include a detailed description of the damage to the item, as well as a description of the package if there is any damage to the carton.
Once you have notified us of the damage we will start a claim with the shipping carrier. A representative of that carrier may contact you regarding a pickup or an on-site inspection. Once the package has been inspected by the carrier we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.
Please note that caffeine products are not eligible for damage claims or replacement if they are in less-than-perfect condition (for example, glass bottles freezing and shattering during the winter, cans exploding or candy melting due to heat and/or pressure during the summer, rough handling in transit, etc.) and that all products delivered in consumable condition (meaning that drinks are not leaking and candy is not crushed) are to be considered acceptable, regardless of the condition of the can, bottle, or wrapper.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments: Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery, or if the address entered is incorrect or incomplete. US-destined packages that come back marked "Undeliverable as Addressed", "No Such Address/Street/Number", etc. will have a full refund issued for the products (including PA Sales Tax if applicable) but not the freight. US-destined packages that come back marked "Refused", "Will Call, Did not Show", etc. will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the value of the products before a refund is issued. Any postage due associated with a recovering a refused or undeliverable package will be deducted from the refund.
NOTE: We will not pay recovery fees for ANY Canadian shipments. Canadian customers who have undeliverable packages or who refuse their packages will not receive refunds for the items that were shipped, the freight, taxes, or brokerage, and the products will become the property of UPS. If the tracking states that you gave an incomplete address then you will need to contact UPS to provide the correct information. If you decide that you do not want the items then you will need to accept the shipment and then contact us at rma@nwca.comto receive return authorization.
Will Call
Pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please allow at least a 2-hour lead time for processing. Will call orders are ready for pick up.
Warranty
All Cables have lifetime warranty. Most everything else has a 1 year warranty. Hardware items such as CPU's, Motherboards, LCD's, Cases, Hard Drives have a 15 day return policy, after that you will need to Return the item direct to the Manufacturer. All products being returned for credit must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. See Returns. RMA's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period. RMA/Claims
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact the RMA department within 7 days from the date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment. For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for inspection. Clearance Items - **All Sales Final! - Limited Stock** Product sold "as is" - non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns
Terms and Conditions:
- All return requests must be initiated within 15 days from when the products are delivered to you. All returns require an RMA number and must be received by an NWCA.com employee within 15 days of receiving said number.
- You can email rma@nwca.com to receive an RMA number, please include your order number, your name, the product that you wish to return, and a reason for the return.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including on defective merchandise. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to the store you bought it from. Packages that arrive "COD" or "Postage Due" will be refused.
- All products must be received in new, resalable condition. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.

- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable (for example, a tamper-proof seal broken, the packaging damaged, the product scratched, manual or software missing, etc.)
- Packages refused by the customer will be restocked with a 20% fee deducted from the refund. In addition, any postage due or brokerage fees associated with recovering a refused package will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable under ANY circumstances once an order has shipped.
- We do not cross-ship replacements for defective items, but we may waive the restocking fee on a return for a refund if the customer places a new order for a replacement product BEFORE the return is processed and informs our customer service team of the new order number.
- Authorized returns will be processed within 7 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of when they are delivered. Unauthorized returns, refused packages, and undeliverable packages can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or restocked with a 20% restocking fee. - Returns will not be accepted for any of the following: Gift Certificates, heat sinks, CPU coolers, VGA coolers, water-cooling products (including but not limited to kits, cases, blocks, reservoirs, pumps, radiators, tubing, and coolant), sleeving and sleeving kits, wire loom, and consumables (including but not limited to UV paint, UV Dye, thermal compounds, polishing compounds and caffeine products). Defective water-cooling products and heat sinks should be returned to the original manufacturer.
Defective Items:
If an item is DOA (or fails within the first 15 days) then please contact us at rma@nwca.com for an RMA number and we will replace the item for you (excepting CPU/VGA Heat Sinks and Water-Cooling Kits which must be returned directly to the manufacturer). Replacement of defective items reported within 72 hours of delivery will be sent out via the shipping method originally paid for. Replacement of items that failed after that (but still during the first 15 days) will be shipped out using our "Standard Shipping" method.
If a product fails sometime after the first 15 days then please contact the manufacturer directly. If you are not sure who the manufacturer is, are not sure how to contact them, or are having problems getting them to replace your product while it is covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty (if any) then please email us at rma@nwca.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Shipping instructions: All returned items should be packed in the same manner as they were originally shipped to you. Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused. You will need to write the RMA number that was issued on the outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box) or on the shipping label. You are free to use any carrier that you choose (we recommend UPS because $100 of insurance is included free and all packages delivered here are signed for) but we strongly suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation if you are using USPS (or any other carrier where they are not included for free) as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip. In the event that a package is listed as "Delivered" but cannot be found, only the signature of an Xoxide.com employee will suffice as proof of delivery to our warehouse.
Schools and educational institutes
We are offering Special pricing to hospitals, schools, and military/government offices. To be eligible for disocunted pricing, please sign up a new account and call us. We will set up an account upon verification, and e-mail you log in ID and password. We also offer Net-30 terms to public schools. Call 800-447-5601 x500 for detail.
Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Other Considerations
We strive to provide our customers with as much information as possible about the products that we sell. However, you should be aware that the pictures shown may not be of the exact products sold (although we will do our best to point out any differences). In addition, since most of the technical data on our site comes from our suppliers and from the manufacturers of the products, we cannot guarantee that it is all 100% correct as products do occasionally change after an initial shipment (of which we are generally not informed) and sometimes the info they provide is just plain wrong. Unacceptable differences must be reported BEFORE a product is used. Returns initiated on used products where details differ from those given on our site will be treated as standard returns and all policies given above regarding standard returns will apply.
NWCA.com does not warrant merchantability or fitness of use for a particular purpose on any of the products on our web site. Any compatibility information given on this site comes from the manufacturer of the given product and was not determined by our staff through internal testing. Product intros were not written by technical professionals and any claims in the product introductions should be considered opinion, not fact. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product(s) purchased will function in the capacity desired before placing an order.
