● Full or Part-Time
○ Help walk-in customers and ring up orders in our POS system
○ Provide good service to customers and answer questions about products/stock
○ Answer phone calls and take messages if needed
○ Stock shelves and print/label bar codes on products
○ Keep our retail showroom looking presentable and professional
○ Enter data into our POS system linked to our real time website
Requirements:
● At least 1 year of retail sales experience
● Knowledge of computer and network components
○ Able to find solutions for and provide information to customers' problems such as audio, video and network issues
● Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
● Read, write, and perform basic math
● Stand and walk for extended periods of time
